TO PLACE AN ORDER
All orders can be placed on-line and paid for directly through our secure website (this option will take payment in full). You may also call us to place order if you have any questions or would like to make your payment in two installments. We will run a 50 percent deposit to start your order and run the balance once you order is ready to ship. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
All of our furniture is made to order and therefore is considered custom and is non-cancellable and non-returnable. with the exception of a manufacturer's defect.
PAYMENTS
English Farmhouse Furniture accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, Authorize.Net at the time your order is placed. We also offer Affirm which is a pay over time method, see info. on all product pages.
SHIPPING
All of our products have a predetermined flat rate which will be automatically added to your cart at checkout, please refer to product pages.
We are proud of our exclusive In-Home Delivery which is available to most addresses within the continental US, Excluding Island deliveries and addresses that our carrier does not service. These deliveries will go to the nearest receiving warehouse that we service closest to their final destination (please call for details or if you think your address may fall into this catagory) Shipping eta is up to 21 business days.

English Farmhouse Furniture makes every effort to provide the most accurate production and delivery lead times, however these are only estimates and are subject to change. Sometimes unforeseeable delays may occur, especially during holidays and promotional periods. Please contact us for our current lead times. English Farmhouse Furniture cannot be held responsible for loss due to delays. We work very hard to fulfill our commitments on delivery dates; however, unforeseen delays may arise.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING *(Very Important)
English Farmhouse Furniture has developed a very thorough level of quality control which includes inspections throughout production and the shipping process, however sometimes mishaps do occur. For white glove and business to business deliveries - When receiving your shipment, please inspect your delivery thoroughly. If there is minor damage to paint such as nicks or scrapes, we reserve the right to repair rather than replace the item. If the damage is more severe, please refuse the delivery. Please photograph and notate all damages on the delivery paperwork. Please contact us immediately and we will initiate a claim with the shipping company, to repair to new condition or replace any severely damaged furniture. If the damage is not identified by you or your Receivers at the time of delivery then we will not have any recourse with the shipper and all claims will be null and void.
*PLEASE NOTE
Due to the natural characteristics of wood, knots, cracks and season splits can happen and will not jeopardize the integrity or stability of your piece in any way (*see caring for your furniture).
Also, all finishes are all done by hand and variations in finish can also be expected
We embrace these variations and feel they add character and charm to our furniture.
CARING FOR YOUR FURNITURE
Avoid putting furniture in direct sunlight or extreme heat conditions. This can cause deep cracks in wood and finish to fade and or discolor.
Always use furniture protectors when placing plastic or rubberized objects directly on the piece because if they warm up they can cause discoloration in the finish.
When dusting we recommend using a soft, clean cloth and dusting with the grain. If you want to use a furniture polish we recommend using sparingly and spraying on the dry cloth and not directly on the furniture.
Any liquid spills should be cleaned immediately to avoid damaging the finish, again using a soft dry cloth.
Over time a high quality polish may be needed to enhance the products look and finish.We recommend Guardsman furniture polish and Briwax for our natural stained pieces.
Briwax also works well for all pieces that have endured a season split or crack by rubbing the wax over the entire piece and filling in the crack then wiping off all excess wax. This can be done yourself or we suggest contacting a local furniture expert.
SHIPPING FOR OUR TRADE PARTNERS
All furniture is shipped Free On Board, which means when your order leaves our factory ownership transfers to our Trade Partner. Shipping fees and any contractural obligations are managed directly between the Delivery Company and our Trade Partner.
